This class is going to be just fabulous. If you guys want to wet your appetite before the class, Alison had Robert on Craftcast on May 22, 2007. You can go back into the archives and listen to that show. You can also link to his website from there. I can’t wait! Learning these cold connection techniques was next on my list (aka in my “parking lot”. Great timing!

I can’t wait! I have been designing jewelry for some years but have reached the point that I want to design the PIECES, the components, if you will. So I am trying to work on silversmithing (which so far I really really love), a bit or wire work and some art clay. BUT cold connections are wonderful, since I can work on those without my torch! Not many classes around me, so online options are even better! Please let me know if you add more.

I believe it is a 5 hour difference, so it would be 1AM. Robert will actually be talking from the UK himself.

OK I’m all joined up - can’t testify as to how awake I’m going to be at 1am but I’ll try my best, lol :D
Will you be able to view the whole class at a later stage? Will things like the Q&A be stored so even if you can’t join in, you can at least see what was asked (and answered)?
I’d really like to sign up, but this will be after a particularly busy weekend, and needing to get up to get my son to school the next day, I don’t know if I’ll be able to stay awake! LOL. I’m also in the UK…(Hi Nicola! Long time no speak!)
