  1. [...] what woman? you’ll have to listen to alison lee’s interview with sark to find out. i laughed out loud when sark finished telling the story about her new friend. and i found myself nodding when they discussed how “it’s very messy to be human”. uplifting, fun interview with a woman who takes a big juicy bite out of life and then settles down for a nap. listen to the craftcast podcast here. 2. [...] January 23, 2008 by petiteyogini I love Sark. Her books are such as an inspiration, and I’ve only read three of them so far (Wild Succulent Women, The Bodacious Book of Succuence, Eat Mangos Naked–I need to add these to my recommended reading list). I really want to get my hands on Fabulous Friendship Festival and Living Juicy. One of my favorite things about her is that she readily admits all her flaws–you don’t get that kind of honesty very often. Today I found an interview with her on Craft Cast disussing her book Fabulous Friendship Festival –listening to it was the highlight of my day (or one of the many anyway).  [...]

  3. [...] Alison Lee has a wildly popular podcast called Craftcast. She’s all about creativity, crafting, art, music, and writing. She’s also a great interviewer. Her guests have ranged from best-selling authors like SARK to celebrated musicians like Gabrielle Roth to fabulous artists like Claudine Hellmuth. I am honored to be her guest on this week’s Craftcast Podcast. Our conversation is a lot about creativity, a little about building a career, and all about being a pioneer. [...]
